Unfortunately Pituq is temporarily closed due to the natural disasters that hit the island.
Pituq opened its doors in September 2015 on Gili Trawangan being the first vegan restaurant in Lombok regency, and thus introducing the locals and the travelers with a different, healthy and nutritional way of cooking and eating. The home cooked dishes are inspired by food from all around the world, using fresh local ingredients giving them a unique twist.
The extensive menu also includes a wide selection of delicious coffees made with local coffee beans, teas, fresh juices and smoothies. The love for nature is not only visible in the menu, but also in way that the dishes are served on wooden plates, juices served in recycled glasses with bamboo straws, take away in bio-degradable boxes and cups, as well as in the garden setting with the use of natural and recycled materials in the building.
Pituq is located in a quiet area near the central area of Gili Trawangan island in a beautiful and serene garden, where you can listen to good music, browse around the charity shop, borrow a book to read, spot some local traditional art, make new friends or just kick back and relax in one of the bamboo huts while enjoying delicious and wholesome food and drinks prepared and served by a great and smiling staff.
